Lg Tromm Dryer Not Heating

Apr 03, 2018· I have aLGmodel DLE442 W electricdryer. It is about 10 years old and has performed flawlessly until now. Venting ducts regularly cleaned.. The other day, thedryerfailed to provideheatbut all of the functions were normal. Based on the symptoms and using Google I determined that the likely cause was the high limit thermostat had blown.

    Lggasdryerignited but burner shut down after a few secondsdryer not heatingup. Since the burner worked but shut off after a few seconds I guessed that one of the sensors didn't work correctly. I bought all 4 sensors and changed them. Watched the video and disassemble and assemble including cleaning everything took about 1.5hrs.
